I got the chance to have a permanent vacation
Which seemed nice until the dead man showed up.
Now I have to figure out who did it before the local cops blame me just because Im different! Which is totally unfair.
But not exactly wrong.
Okay, so maybe I have a little bit of psychic powers. Or it could be witch magic. I cant really tell, because my past is a mystery. And to be honest, the money I inherited is more than a little suspect.
But Im not a criminal.
And I don’t think Im supernatural. At least, not that much.
But it is nice to retire in my mid-20s to Gilead Beach, where time stands still.
